• "Website" means the website operated by us at our published domain.
• "Products" means prepaid meters, MD/CT meters, panels, components and related goods we supply.
• "Services" means metering, sub-metering, installation, commissioning, energy-audit, vending and electrical-contracting services we provide.
• "You" or "Customer" means any person or entity that accesses the Website or engages our Products or Services.

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Website by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.

We supply STS-compliant prepaid and Maximum Demand meters and related energy-management services as described on our Website. Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided for general information and may be updated by manufacturers without notice. We will confirm exact specifications at the point of quotation.

• All prices indicated on the Website are guides only and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• A formal written quotation will be issued for each engagement and is valid for the period stated on it (typically two weeks from issue date).
• Prices are firm for the quantities and scope quoted; changes to scope, quantity or specification may require a revised quotation.
• Delivery, installation and ancillary works are charged as set out in the applicable quotation.

An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and receive the agreed payment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full upfront payment is required to validate an order. Payments must be made through the channels we specify; we will never request payment to personal or unverified accounts. Always confirm payment details directly with us before transferring funds.

We aim to deliver stocked items within the timeframe stated in your quotation (commonly 72 hours within Lagos after payment confirmation). Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Installation is carried out by our certified technicians or approved partners and may require a prior site inspection.

Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty stated at the point of sale. Warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and does not cover damage arising from misuse, tampering, unauthorised repair, electrical surges outside specification, or improper installation by third parties. Warranty claims must be made through us with proof of purchase.

Because meters are commissioned and encoded to specification, returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or supply errors, and must be reported promptly. Custom-configured, installed or encoded products are non-returnable except under warranty. Cancellation of confirmed orders may be subject to charges to cover costs already incurred.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Website to transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory or infringing material, to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the Website’s operation or security.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care to ensure information is accurate, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Website, Products or Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Product or Service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website, Products or Services.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power-grid failures, strikes, supply-chain disruptions, regulatory actions or natural disasters.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
